Returns and Exchanges Policy

 What items are eligible for returns / exchanges?

Merchandise (apparel and gifts) - If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s), up to 45 days from the date of purchase for a refund OR exchange for a different size or color.

All apparel returns must be unworn and in the original, unused state you received the item.

Please refer to the returns exclusions below for items not eligible for returns.

Returns Exclusions

Gift Cards - Due to store policy, all gift card sales are final and we are unable to accept any returns on gift cards.

Face Masks - Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on face masks.

Grocery Items - Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on grocery items.

Exclusions Policy - We reserve the right to exclude items from our return policy at any time.

 

How long do I have to return / exchange my purchase?

All returns / exchanges must be requested within 45 days of purchase date.

All items to be returned / exchanged must be shipped back and received by our returns processing department within 45 days of purchase date. Whatastore is not responsible for shipping delays on the part of any shipping service used to return any item(s).

 

How do I return / exchange my purchase?

If you placed an order before 5:00pm on August 30th, 2021, please email us at [ whatastore@wbhq.com ] to receive an updated order number.

If you placed an order on or after August 31st, please click [ HERE ] to start your return / exchange. All returns / exchanges must be requested, received, and processed within 45 days of purchase date.

 

How do I ship my purchase back for returns processing?

Please refer to the the returns and exchange processing workflow [ HERE ] for instructions on how to ship your purchase back to us for returns processing.

When preparing the package to be shipped, please be sure to remove old shipping labels / markings from any shipping boxes used to prevent shipping delays / errors.

To ensure shipped return items are received within a reasonable time frame, we advise customers to use a shipping service that provides tracking / delivery confirmation and consistent shipping timeframes. For example, the USPS offers Priority Flat-Rate boxes with 1-3 business day delivery for up to 70 lbs within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) [ HERE ].

To ensure shipping errors / damage can be rectified by the shipping service, we advise customers to use a shipping service that provides shipping insurance. Please note that shipping insurance usually must be purchased prior to any packages being shipped.

Whatastore is not responsible for shipping delays AND / OR shipping errors / damage as a result of or caused by any shipping service used to return any item(s).

 

What happens when I ship my purchase back for returns processing?

Once your return is received and verified, you will receive an email confirming your return and refund.

Please note it may take your credit card company from 2-10 business days to process the refund.

Please note: a refund will NOT be issued if the item(s) are returned outside of the 45 day return period. In this instance, you can request to have the returned item(s) shipped back to your address at your expense.
