How do I change / cancel my order?

Due to the high volume of orders that we are receiving, we are unable to accommodate any change requests after the order has been placed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Whatastore accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

 

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

Whatastore does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders at this time.

 

When will I receive my order?

    Whatastore orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.

    While we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, Whatastore is not responsible for shipping delays / issues due to shipping service issues including but not limited to: natural disasters, address misspellings, global health events, and other impacts to shipping logistics. We encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to allow for the maximum amount of time to ship and receive your order.
