What should I do if my Whataburger gift card is lost or stolen?
A Whataburger gift card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Can I return a Whataburger gift card that I purchased or received as a gift?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or allow you to return your gift card.
General Merchandise Purchases
How do I return my purchase?
Grocery items - If you have questions or would like to return grocery products please call 855-927-3824.
Merchandise (apparel and gifts)—if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange for a different size or color by doing the following (returns must be unworn and in the state you received them):
Whatastore account holders—Click here to logon to your account, select the order to be returned or exchanged, and select RETURN ITEMS(S). Complete the Return Item(s) form and submit. Send the merchandise and original Packing Slip to (click here if you do not have the original packing slip):

Non-account holders (Guest Checkout)—complete the Return Form on the Packing Slip (click here if you do not have the original packing slip) and send the items and completed form to address listed above.
When preparing the package to be shipped, be sure to remove old labels.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Please note it may take your credit card company 2-10 business days to process the refund.

How do I change my order?
How do I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled prior to being shipped from our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, see the FAQ on “how do I return my purchase?” To cancel an order, click here to send a message from your Whatastore account. If you do not have an account, email Whatastore@wbhq.com or call 855-927-3824.
What shipping options do you provide?
There are three shipping options for your convenience; ground, 2-day standard, and overnight delivery.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous states. We also ship to Military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please allow additional time for items shipped to these addresses. For assistance with placing these orders, please call 855-927-3824.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes.
What is the status of my order?
Whatastore will send a confirmation email when your order is placed and another confirmation email including a tracking # when the products have been shipped from our warehouse.
You may also check the status of your order through your Whatastore account. Click here to check the status of your order.
If you did not create an account during the checkout process (guest checkout), please email Whatastore@wbhq.com or call 855-927-3824 to check your order status.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, Whatastore will send you an email with the tracking number and the name of the shipping company. If your order was shipped via UPS, click here and enter the tracking #. If your order was shipped via USPS, click here and enter the tracking #.
If you did not receive a shipment confirmation email, please email Whatastore@wbhq.com to check your order status.
